We’ve all heard it.   Asians eat soy for breakfast,lunch, dinner and snacks.    But do they?    NO!     It’s a marketing myth invented by the soy industry.     Asia, of course, is a huge continent with many countries, many different dietary customs and varying lifestyles.   But wherever we go in Asia, soy is eaten as a condiment in the diet, not as a staple food.   Now who eats the most soy in Asia?  Tune in to find out!

    Thanks, doc! Great intel! Many of my artist and yoga friends are vegan because they believe it’s more “spiritually correct.” And so the eat a TON of highly processed soy meat and cheese alternatives. Without being too obnoxious, I try to tell them exactly what you teach here. But I never knew about the Zen monks and lecherous husbands! That’s awesome. Soy is the modern equivalent of saltpeter!     Thank goodness I found your website. You’re are the second person I’ve heard who shares common sense information about soy and how harmful it can be. People are blinded by the media and so called health experts. It’s sad and heart breaking that the FDA doesn’t give a damn about the health of the people who pay them. I’m so tired of being blindside by the very groups supported by taxpayers lieing to us all in the name of the all mighty dollar.
    Thank you for your fine work. You are a courageous woman and I for one plan to share you website with everyone I know.
