Get first-class frozen meals delivered to your door.  The brand I love is Artisan Bistro.   The Artisan Bistro meals are not only surprisingly tasty but free of the unhealthy ingredients that mark nearly all packaged and fast foods.   The meals were designed by two of my favorite health food experts JJ Virgin of The Virgin Diet fame and James LaValle, RPh, CCN, who helped me earn my Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN) credential back in 2001.    Specifically, Artisan Bistro meals are:

  • Gluten free
  • Peanut free, with many dairy, nut and soy-free options
  • No Preservatives
  • No added MSG, and also free of hydrolyzed and most other ingredients likely to contain MSG residues from processing
  • No Pesticide Sprayed Vegetables
  • No Farmed Fish
  • No Genetically Modified Ingredients (GMOs)
  • No High Fructose Corn Syrup
  • No Artificial Additives & Sweeteners
  • No Trans Fats
  • Packaging that is food grade quality and BPA-free

Fair to say, these meals are nothing like  the TV dinners we might have grown up on!     To look at the menus and learn more about Artisan Bistro meals, click here.

Some of the links on this site are affiliate links.  That means if you click on them and make a purchase, I make a small commission.  Prices are exactly the same for you whether you use my affiliate link or not.  Commissions help me pay for all the time I spend writing this blog, and the costs I incur operating this blog. Blogging is an important part of my work and income.   I greatly appreciate your using my affiliate links as it encourages me to keep up this work.

There are two main types of affiliate links:

1. Product Affiliate Links

These include readymade meals, meal plan services, eBooks, e-Courses and other products. I only affiliate with people and companies I know act out of integrity and who promote traditional foods.   When I recommend a product or service it is either because I use it myself or am sure of its value.

2. Amazon Affiliate Links.

Amazon.com offers a small commission (between 4% – 8%)  on products sold through their affiliate links. These links look like “http://amzn.to…”  You will often see me using these links on my blog or on Facebook.   Amazon links are not “pay-per-click” links and I earn commissions only if you make purchases.  Prices are the same for you whether you use my affiliate link or not.

There are generally two ways in which I use Amazon affiliate links. The first is here on my blog where I will only link to products that I believe in or have experience using.  That includes many of the products in the Giveaways I run.   The second is on Facebook where I often use Amazon affiliate links to share news about books I’ve enjoyed reading or plan to read.   Sometimes I link to Kindle books that are either free or just a few dollars because the “price is right” and they might contain some interesting or helpful information.

Dr. Kaayla Daniel  is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com.
